With the low inventory of homes for sale in many of our real estate markets these days, we are seeing an increasing number of multiple offer situations again…especially if it’s a decent listing (i.e. nice home, good price). How do you give your Buyers the best chance of being able to get an offer presented if there are already offers being negotiated before they even see the house?
